Once you connect QuickBooks Online, Lightswitch reads the accounting records that describe how product moves through your business: purchase orders, bills, vendors, items, and transaction detail. We copy that data into your reporting warehouse on a schedule, join it to the operational sources you already use, and drive supply-plan and margin reporting from the result.
The integration is read-oriented. Where an automation is set up to create or update records in QuickBooks, that behavior is agreed with you first and scoped to the specific records it needs.
We request only the QuickBooks data the reporting needs. Nothing below is used for advertising, sold, or used to train AI models. This mirrors the “Information from systems you connect” section of our Privacy Policy.

You can disconnect at any time from within QuickBooks under Apps → Manage, or by contacting us. Disconnecting revokes our access immediately. To request deletion of data we already retrieved, write to privacy@lightswitch.co.
